Let’s Walk!
Get outside with us and join our bi-monthly Wellness Walks. They’re good for your body, mind and spirit.
Behavioral Health Professionals lead a 45-minute neighborhood walk. Wellness Walks are a low-pressure way to get some movement, connect with fellow parishioners, learn about mental health supports, and enjoy our beautiful neighborhood.

- Wellness Walk leaders are not providing therapy. Information and resources are available upon request.
- The wellness walk is intended for adults over 21.
- All walks take place rain or shine unless participants are otherwise notified.
